Hugo Lomeli is a multidisciplinary artist born in
Tepatitlán, Jalisco, Mexico, and raised in Long Beach,
California. Inspired by LA’s street art and mural
scene, Hugo’s meditative practice expresses emotion
through vibrant, abstract forms, sometimes set
against photorealistic portraits and scenes. His meals
can be seen throughout LA’s South Bay.
Hugo will lead us in crafting a mixed-media portrait
collage using acrylic paints and clippings from
magazines and other print materials.
