Please social distance. \nWorkshop Topics: Beat The Heat/Fruit Salad\nDate: Saturday MAY 13\, 2023\nTime: 9:00 am – 12:00 Noon Location: CSU/EXPO Urban mini Farm\n3990 Bill Robertson Ln. Los Angeles 90037(Next to Senior Center)\n\nGardening Topic – Beat The Heat: We will discuss ways to protect your plants in the summer months\, using shade cloth\, shade structures\, mulch and organic materials. We will provide some information on our Green Saving Program\, which helps LADWP customers sign up for rebate programs. Participants will get supplies to take home. Come ready for hands on activities.\n\nCooking Topic – Fruit Salad: We will demonstrate how to make a delicious fruit salad with organic seasonal fruit. Participants will take home ingredients to make their own.\n\n\n\nGGW participants must RSVP using this form to receive free materials. RSVP’ing helps us plan for the workshop. Please RSVP individually for each adult that will be attending with you.
