Morning of Wellness
For May, we’re focused on Mental Health in South Central for Mental Health Awareness Month.
We are delighted to announce that Inobe Nicole will be joining us, guiding a 30 minute gentle yoga session along with Misha The Unicorn Yoga for a 30 minute beginners yoga session.
CSU’s Morning of Wellness is a free event, but we encourage donations to our Health and Wellness Providers to show appreciate. No one will be turn away for lack of funds.
