Workshop Topics: Growing Mushrooms and Cooking Lion’s Mane Mushroom Broth

Gardening Topic – Growing Mushrooms: We will discuss growing mushrooms, practice inoculating wood for growing and build your own grow kit to take home. Come ready for hands on activities.
Cooking Topic – Lion’s Mane Mushroom Broth: We will demonstrate how to make a delicious broth using lion’s mane mushroom. Participants will take home ingredients to make their own.
