In-person Workshop @ CSU/EXPO Urban Mini Farm

Gardening Topic – Tree Pruning: We will discuss how and when to prune fruit trees. Participants will receive soil, seeds and liquid plant food. Please bring your own containers.
Cooking Topic – Atole: We will demonstrate how to make a traditional Mexican hot drink called Atole using the CSU grown Seneca corn. Participants will receive the ingredients and recipe to make at home.
